What BowTie Wedding is
BowTie Wedding is a wedding-day transportation program built around premium executive sedans and full-size SUVs — not party-bus stretch limousines. We made that choice on purpose. The vehicles that look right in your wedding photos, that move quietly between ceremony and reception, and that feel like a continuation of a well-designed event are late-model executive vehicles in deep, photogenic colors. Brides and grooms who want a premium experience consistently choose that aesthetic over the stretch-limo party format — and we built our wedding fleet around it.
The other half of the program is coordination. A typical wedding day has 8 to 20 moves across multiple parties — bridal party to salon, groomsmen to venue, immediate family, out-of-town guests, the couple themselves, getaway after the reception, late-night returns to the hotel. We build the full run-of-show with you or your planner, assign a lead chauffeur, and run the day from a single dispatcher who knows every leg of the timeline. Most clients pair Wedding with our executive transportation program for VIP family movement and airport transportation for out-of-town guest arrivals.
